Through these different steps, LA BARGEMONE is able to offer high quality products, guarantee a transparency and a strict control at all levels of production with the aim of satisfying the expectations of the customers.

The HACCP method is a method of analysis intended to ensure the hygiene of our products.

DOMAIN
The domain is spread over 150 hectares of which 66 hectares of vines, 56 hectares of red grapes and10 hectares of white grapes. The delicate choice of the different varieties, Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon give the wines their specific quality and a remarkable consistency.

The wines of the "Commanderie de la Bargemone" are characterised by the smoothness of their structures. They are traditional and typical of the region of Provence.

The prestige wines called "Marina" are more complex and sophisticated.

Since 2002 the HACCP method has been adopted which ensures the tracability of all products and the wine cellar. Through this rigorous technique the grower is able to offer high quality products.

QUALITY

 

Reasoned Agriculture
For 2006/2007 the wine growing property is committed to a qualification of "reasoned agriculture".

 

Security 
LA BARGEMONE, is periodically checked via analytical controls by the " Aix Oenologie" laboratory in order to comply with the requirements of the regulations.

 

Tracability
Through this method, LA BARGEMONE is committed to controlling each step of the elaboration of its wines, from the vine up to the final delivery.
