Sparkling Rosé de la Commanderie.
Traditional method. Generous and elegant sparkling wine.
The rosé wine from the Commanderie is mainly made from syrah and completed with grenache.
The grapes are harvested during the night and the wine contains between 10 and 20 gm of sugars.
This effervescence is certified in ‘reasoned agriculture’.
The rosé wine has a lovely light coloured body with a fuchsia reflection, the bubbles are fine and regular, and there is a distinct bouquet of red fruits (red currants), the wine is crystalline, with limpid freshness and no aggressiveness from the bubbles.
This wine should be served cold between eight and ten degrees, but not icy, as a pre-dinner drink but also with Mediterranean cooking, fish soup or aioli.
To be consumed within 2 years.
