Grenache, Syrah et Cabernet, red wine of the Bargemone is distinguished by its ruby color with aromas of raspberry, cassis and blackberry with a hint of peppermint.

Through these different steps, LA BARGEMONE is able to offer high quality products, guarantee a transparency and a strict control at all levels of production with the aim of satisfying the expectations of the customers.

Vinification
Fermentation time between 5/ 7 days
Stainless steel and enamelled vat
Aged for 1 to 2 years.

Tasting
Enjoy with red meat, lamb and all Provencal cooking.

40% Syrah

Vinification
New casks during 12 months
10 days fermentation
Aged for 1 to 2 years.

Red 2007

A very full and very complex wine, made of Syrah and of Cabernet.

Vinification
Long maceration of 32 days.
Maximal extraction made with beautiful grapes then for 14 months in oak barrel.

A great red wine of guard representing the top of the range and all the know-how of Bargemone.
