An blending of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache offers an intense nose of red fruits and a balanced, indulgent palate. As with all wines in the Classique range, we harvest at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. For Classique Rouge, vinification and aging take place in our temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Daily pump-overs are performed to extract that beautiful color and aromatic depth. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.

Harvest & VinificationSoil Type: Limestone and rocky clay. Mechanical night harvesting. 6-day maceration. Punch-downs, pump-overs, and rack and returns. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Bottled at the estate.
